Booking Terms & Conditions
Ticket bookings are binding. Rebooking is possible if you have purchased a flexible ticket. Please contact support@gotohub.no for questions regarding ticket booking or rebooking. Pre-booked tickets guarantee a place on board if you are in the pre-booked ticket queue 15 minutes before departure. Purchased tickets are only refunded if the trip is cancelled due to bad weather, technical issues or illness.
What is scheduled ferry service?
Scheduled ferry service means that Väderötrafiken offers a planned transport service with fixed departure times, routes and ticket prices — designed to give travellers a reliable and comfortable journey.
Which routes are available?
We operate services to Hallands Väderö from Torekov and from Båstad during the high season.
How often do the boats depart?
Departures run regularly throughout the day according to fixed departure times. During the high season and periods of high demand, additional departures may be available.
How much does a ticket cost?
Ticket prices are fixed and vary depending on the route and whether the journey is one-way or return. For current prices, we recommend checking the booking calendar when you click the “Book” button on our booking page.
How can I buy a ticket?
Tickets can be purchased in advance on our website or directly at the ticket office near the boats, subject to availability.
